Hokey Pokey Reflection
This week Room 2 at Taradale Intermediate made some Hokey Pokey to sell. We made this because team Mohaka are having a Mohaka market and are doing my food tech group are doing a food truck business. We had to get into a group of three or four and make a plan of what we are going to do. The best plan was the one that we were going to follow.

I learnt that doing a business plan was hard to do and finding out the profit. This was hard because I have never done a business plan before. I didn't really learn much about running a business but I did learn to not go so big, to small but to have the right sized plan. I learnt what a float, a float is some change so if someone pays more than the price give you can give them change. I think my group collaborated well and I thought I work well on working the plan on the sheet of paper shown above. I think I need to work better at finding the profit because I think my group went O.T.T(overt the top) with the price.
